Colonial Street Masterplan and Technical Studies, Kingston Upon Hull, Direct award

Kingston upon Hull City Council has advertised an opportunity from the Council's Engineering and Professional Services framework using direct award via rotation with Lot 7 Multi-disciplinary Team and Project Delivery to work with the project team to establish a vision and assess the development opportunity further through masterplanning and technical feasibility studies. The Services are to commence 1st October 2024, end date 28th February 2025. There is an option to extend up to 3 months.
