Cambridgeshire County Council - project management support on the construction of the new Cambridgeshire County Council Civic Hub

This is a call-off from the LGSS Construction Consultancy Framework. This call is to provide project management support and help develop a 'design and build specification for tender' for the build a new civic hub/council offices for 350 staff and 61 elected members who will visit the building for meetings and occasional drop in working. This will include assisting with the development of the evaluation model to select the Design and Build Contractor.
