Building and Decoration Measured Term Contract

The Countess of Chester NHS Foundation Trust wishes to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to carry out building and decoration works in connection with new premises, and also alterations and extensions to existing premises.

Each individual MTC scheme within the contract is likely to include all or some of the following:

Maintenance work Alterations, extensions, and additions to existing structures New works of a building and engineering nature Building, decoration, mechanical and electrical installations and other works of construction Enabling and support works for specialist contractors
