Description

This procurement seeks to establish a single supplier for postal services on behalf of the Buyers and is being conducted as a Further Competition under the CCS Postal Services and Solutions Commercial Agreement (RM6280), Lot 2 Collection and Delivery of Letters, Large Letters and Parcels within the UK. This is an aggregated procurement. Aggregations bring together Buyers with the same core requirement (postal services) to procure these through a single procurement process. Rotherham Borough Council (RMBC) wishes to appoint a contractor that will meet the needs of the authority for the day-to-day business mail with efficient and reliable delivery/collection services. The mail solution required as a minimum will include; • Bulk Mail Items • Standard Mail Items • Sorted and Unsorted Mail Items • Local/ Regional Mail Deliveries • Unaddressed Mail Items (door to door) • Secured Mail Items (Receipted Mail) • Collections • Track and Trace Facility • Provision of Consumables and Equipment
