Work description

This Request for Information (RFI) seeks information relating to a new SIP solution to be used by EastNet partners over its current WAN network, this will include SIP channels and resilient SBC's which will need to support Teams direct routing for multiple O365 tenants.

Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) have an urgent requirement for SIP channels to allow CCC and other partners to use in the short term and we are then looking to route these via resilient SBC's. Dependant on partners utilising this service we will need to be able to support between 500-5000 SIP channels. We also want to utilize our current partnership WAN network to allow all partners access to this service and also build in resilience to this solution. This SIP solution will be procured and managed by Cambridgeshire County Council who will then offer this to EastNet partners should they wish to use it.

This will be a Direct Award using the Crown Commercial Service RM3808 Network Services 2 Framework Lot 3: Traditional telephony service.
