1\.1\.The University of Leeds \(the "University"\) is conducting a competitive procurement under the restricted process applicable under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 \("PCR 2015"\) to appoint a principal contractor to design and construct a 5-storey teaching block to form part of the Leeds University Business School \(LUBS\), including proposed works to the surrounding streetscape\.
