1.1.The University of Leeds (the "University") is conducting a competitive procurement under the restricted process applicable under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 ("PCR 2015") to appoint a principal contractor to design and construct a 5-storey teaching block to form part of the Leeds University Business School (LUBS), including proposed works to the surrounding streetscape. This guidance is to assist those intending to complete a Selection Questionnaire ("SQ")
