## Description

Purchase of a Laser Tool which was developed under a previous collaborative project\. Following completion of the aforementioned project, elements of the Laser Tool were owned by CPI and other elements were owned by M-Solv\. This is the purchase of the M-Solv elements of the toolset so it is now owned in full by CPI\. Additional information: This is a notice under the negotiated procedure without prior publication, 32\.2\.B\.II,competition is absent for technical reasons as the original tool set was collaboratively developed and therefore no reasonable alternative or substitute exists\.
