Provision for Fire Safety/Waking Watch Service

Description

The One Housing Group invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisation in relation to the contract for the provision of fire safety/waking watch service. One Housing Group is conducting the procurement through the restricted procedure of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The contract will be for an initial term of 2 years subject to satisfactory performance by the service provider against agreed key performance indicators, with options to extend. Please note the contract terms will be available at a later stage.
