Ofsted requires a range of legal services from independent private law firms to offer specialist advice and support in relation to: • Suspension appeals • Cancellation appeals • Other appeals against enforcement action taken by Ofsted, including restriction of accommodation, refusal to waive disqualification/grant written consent etc
