GB-London: The Local Housing Allowance Rate and Temporary Accommodation Subsidy

We are seeking to commission a piece of research that investigates and quantifies multiple aspects of the LHA rate, especially the impact of the TA subsidy that informs policy recommendations and how these could best be implemented to maximise added value.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
