## Description

There is a need to produce an Outline Business Case \(OBC\) for a series of highway improvements on the A689 corridor\. The business case will be part of an application for funding through the Department for Transport's \(DfT\) Major Road Network fund\. The economic case will be developed in line with the Department for Transport's Transport Analysis Guidance \(TAG\) and Her Majesty's Treasury's \(HMT\) Green Book\.
