## Description

Leicester City Council \(the Authority\) invites quotations for the provision of professional services to carry out market research\. The Council requires a visitor attraction market research specialist to: Development Phase: a\) Review existing user data and intelligence and identify information gaps\. b\) Design a consultation methodology for users, non-users and stakeholders\. Phase 1: c\) Carry out the consultation \(e\.g\. surveys onsite and offsite, telephone surveys, focus groups, online surveys\)\. d\) Analyse the findings\. e\) Produce a report on the findings, to include an executive summary and present them to a meeting of key staff by 31/1/2019\. Phase 2: f\) To repeat the exercise in 2020/21 and compare results against those gained in the initial year and produce a report by 31/1/2021\.
