Call Off #1A (LOT 2 ONLY) from 902-19 Supply and Application of Bituminous Based Binder Products in Highway Maintenance DPS

This is a call for competition under East Riding of Yorkshire Council's Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the Supply and Application of Bituminous Based Binder Products in Highway maintenance. This call off contract is being undertaken due to a lack of product coverage from Call Off #1 advertised in December 2019. The award of some of the Lot 2 items has been declined so these items are being re-competed. This will run side by side with Call Off #1 and be in effect from imminent award until 31st January 2021. At this point, a further call for competition will be undertaken where new pricing will be attained for the next year of business.
