## Description

The contract is to supply a configuration specialist to develop a solution for the Fire Safety Works team, which operates at the moment largely from spreadsheets\. The contractor will develop a detailed model of how the service could work in NEC Housing\. Between May and July 2024, a new system will be designed in detail and implementation will start\. The specialist is also responsible for the conversion of H&F's Housing letters to a new more resident friendly version within NEC\.
