GB-Banbury: ECAP Consumer message testing

The objective of this work is to test consumer messaging and translated campaign materials (UK's Love Your Clothes campaign) in Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany and Italy.

Note that although the NUTS code stated is UK within this notice, this piece of work is to involve work across 4 European countries and could be done by non-UK based tenderers.

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

This procurement receives funding under the European Union’s LIFE programme. The EU is however not participating as a contracting authority in this procurement.
