1-812 Innovation Strategy Development

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for the provision of specialist technical advice and services as a follow up to ensure that we are well placed to fulfil our ever-increasing innovation agenda, this will address: - All the actions arising from our ongoing Office of Road and Rail (ORR) audit on Innovation and Standards Management. - Further work aligning research and innovation to our imperatives and 2050 vision for the network, ensuring we have fully established and communicated company-wide priorities. - Further development of our innovation maturity, and better embracement of the huge opportunities across highways and construction sectors offered by digital technology and intelligent infrastructure development. - Improving the delivery of our innovation, both identifying, and overcoming any challenges, working collaboratively with industry to embrace innovation and deliver against our strategic objectives and imperatives.
