The County Council wishes to procure the following the following work:\r Hensingham Day Services is to be vacated by the service users for the duration of the works.\r Works consist of:-\r • Mechanical - full hot water, heating plant and heating distribution network replacement;\r • Electrical -full lighting and small power replacement;\r • Fabric - catering kitchen removal, formation of new meeting room, suspended ceilings, decoration, floor covering works, external canopy replacement;
