## Description

Cambridge City Council are seeking to appoint an Electrical Engineering Consultancy to help deliver building electrical network, communal amenity / emergency lighting improvements and any associated building works at our Bermuda Terrace Estate in Cambridge\. The team should have the prior experience and capacity to survey, design and deliver a package of building networks, lighting, small power and associated containment systems\. There are seventy-three existing residential properties \(that are a mix of Council tenants and leaseholders\) two garage blocks, community room and various external communal areas\.
