## Description

Thirteen Housing Group is undertaking the refurbishment of a range of properties across various estates\. As part of the works Thirteen seeks to appoint a Contractor to carry out various electrical upgrades to Kitchens and Bathrooms\. The contract will also include conducting Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations \(Electrical Installation Condition Report - EICR\)\. The Contract will be operated on a "Supply and Install" basis\. Prosper Procurement Ltd \("PROSPER"\) is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body\.
