Description

1.1. Department for Education referred to as 'the Authority' hereafter is looking for a supplier to provide a large-scale, mixed-methods implementation and process evaluation (IPE) and impact evaluation of the national rollout of free breakfast clubs in state-funded schools in England with primary-aged children on roll, assessing outcomes such as implementation fidelity, participation drivers, and programme impact on pupil wellbeing, attendance, academic engagement, and parental employment. The evaluations will run from 2026 to 2029, aligned with the national rollout of breakfast clubs.
