PEP/ED/TwS Provision of School Catering 2025

Description

The Council on behalf of the schools wish to appoint a single provider under framework agreement, for the provision of School Catering to schools under individual call-off contracts.\r The contract period will be for 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 1 year,\r (3+1 year) by agreement with the council, schools, and the provider\r The Framework will be available to the following organisations:\r • Bristol City Council (BCC) Maintained Schools, Nursery Schools, Academy Schools,\r and other educational establishments. Please see Section 10 - 'school profiles' for\r listing and details of schools and nurseries.\r • Academy Schools, who are in a group, included in the above-named Authorities, but\r also in other Authorities where the Academy Group operates.\r • The Local Authorities in the Southwest Region of England as follows:\r • Bath and North East Somerset,\r • Bournemouth,\r • Christchurch and Poole,\r • Bristol,\r • Cornwall,\r • Devon,\r • Dorset,\r • Gloucestershire,\r • Isles of Scilly,\r • North Somerset,\r • Plymouth,\r • Somerset,\r • South Gloucestershire,\r • Swindon,\r • Torbay\r • Wiltshire.
