## Description

A requirement for a suitably qualified and competent consultant to carry out structural surveys, assessments & consultancy across the Westminster City Council \(WCC\) property portfolio\. Whilst the Building Safety Act 2022 is the driver for procuring structural consultancy services, this requisite will not be limited to the housing portfolio or the requirements under the Act\.
