## Description

Project Management and Quantity Surveying Services are required to assist the Built Assets Team in preparing and compiling tender documents to appoint a specialist contractor to demolish Mellish Court and The Gables\. Both tower blocks are to be demolished by December 2021\. The roles will also work alongside the council in overseeing this project to completion\.
