The aim of this tender exercise is to procure a third party organisation to administer £150,000 of funding as loans for energy efficiency measures\. These may include cavity wall insulation, loft insulation, solid wall insulation, system built wall insulation, attic room insulation and heating systems, together with a package of more minor measures\.
