## Description

This is a voluntary ex ante transparency \(VEAT\) notice, indicating that The University of Leeds intends to enter into a contract with Hitachi Hi-Tech to purchase a Scanning Electron Microscope \(SEM\) and Energy Dispersive X-ray \(EDX\) elemental analysis system\.
