Translation & Interpretation Services - RBKC

This is the modification of a contract for the provision of Translation & Interpretation Services in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea that enables the Council to meet its statutory duty to make services accessible to all, regardless of the language or communication needs of the service user.

The modification of this contract allows it to be initially extended from 1st February 2021 to 30th June 2021. The Authority will be entitled, at its absolute discretion, to further extend the contract period (for a period or periods) up to a maximum end date of 1st January 2022.

This is a demand-based service and the actual spend is dependent on the actual usage and volume - the contract value included in this notice is the anticipated contract value over the maximum modification/extension period.
