Work description
NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS South Lincolnshire CCG and NHS England - Midlands & East (Central Midlands) are seeking a provider to deliver an APMS service from the GP Centre at Johnson Hospital, Spalding, Lincolnshire.
Suitably qualified applicants are invited to submit their proposals based upon the provided specification noting the Enhanced Services and Special Allocation scheme elements provided.
