NCC858 - Port of Blyth Training Services(Northumberland College Energy Centre) Refurbishment Scheme

The project is to undertake a full refurbishment of the building by creating an additional first floor classroom, toilets and tea point on the ground floor as well as welding bays in the main workshop.

The works will include the following: Demolition works in preparation for the refurbishment works. Relocation of all WC including new fitout. Relocate staircase including new fitout. Formation of new rooms (fire rated). Formation of false ceiling first floor (fire rated). New Tea Room fit out. New internal doors throughout. Decoration throughout. New floor finishes throughout. Mechanical installation works including for new gas supply and electrical installation works including for new mains supply.
