Harrogate Borough Council is seeking to procure a Business Case to consider the options for the redevelopment of Harrogate Convention Centre site\. A budget of up to £100,000 is available for this piece of work which should include a full appraisal of a number of options for the site and set out a fully evidenced Business Case for the preferred delivery route and redevelopment option\.
