The Client wishes to award a Works Order through the Carriageway Planning & Surfacing Contractors Framework 2020 (CPSCF2020) agreement under lot 1 for NYCC AREA 7 PSD CARRIAGEWAY PATCHING PACKAGE 2021/22. The selection procedure being followed is the Further Competition procedure.
