As Gateshead Council develops their ambition to heat 7,500 homes through heat networks, we recognise the need to understand which skills will be required to support a district heat network of this scale, through all stages; design, development, construction and its supply chain \. The Council is therefore seeking to appoint a supplier to provide the evidence base, toolkit and become the conveyor for taking steps to implement a secure skills matrix to support the district heat network for the expected 15 year install\.
