Delivery of Customer Service Training Programme

The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has awarded a contract for the delivery of a customer service training programme. A RFQ was completed for the initial development & delivery of a pilot programme (link to original award notice https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/Notice/c15679c3-89ab-4d0f-b3ec-aa36ae7ac9d5) with the intention that the delivery of the programme to the wider force would be undertaken by Warwickshire Police's internal Learning & Development Team, however, resource issues mean this would not be deliverable within timescales. A direct award via an exemption has been made to extend the contract with the supplier of the pilot programme to also deliver the programme across the force.
