Strategic Housing Market Assessment

Malvern Hills District Council is inviting Tenders from Potential Consultants for provision of a Strategic Housing Market Assessment for South Worcestershire.

The Council requires a Strategic Housing Market Assessment covering the south Worcestershire area which is in accordance with the most recent national guidance (taking account that this is currently the subject of proposed change by national government) to support a review of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
