This request to quote is for the provision of a business carbon footprint calculator for SMEs across West Yorkshire, which will be made available free of charge to client businesses through the Combined Authority business support website \(the calculator will need to be linked from this website which is currently built in Umbraco\)\. The calculator must be hosted online and utilise a user-friendly client interface\. The supplier should provide screenshot examples or sand-box/test environment access to view this\.
