## Description

The electronic Change in Circumstances \(eCics\) Benefit form and process was developed and implemented 4 years ago to enable residents report and changes in circumstances\. This bespoke development integrates seamlessly with Hackney's Comino and Academy systems and allows some automatic processes at system level to speed up the claims process\.
