## Description

The University of Plymouth intends to procure an Asbestos Consultancy Services under a Contract for a duration of 2 years with an extension option of 1 year \(maximum of 3 years in total\)\. The University Asbestos Consultancy Services contract shall ensure compliance with the Regulations 4 of Control Asbestos Regulations 2012 duty to manage asbestos in non-domestic premises\. Regulation 4 confirms the need to identify, locate and manage asbestos containing materials \(ACM's\) in any non-domestic building before year 2000\.
