## Description

The London Boroughs of Richmond and Wandsworth \(the "Councils"\) are carrying out a market engagement exercise to help inform the commissioning strategy and the optimal route to market in relation to a new technology-driven taxi service for Council staff\. The Councils' overall objective is to reduce transport costs by identifying and working in partnership with taxi firms that have adopted recent digital and technological advancements in their service provision\. The proposed technology-driven taxi service will provide a transport service for Council staff \(mainly Social Workers\) to travel mainly within the London Boroughs of Richmond and Wandsworth, but may also include travel to neighbouring boroughs and other parts of the country\.
