UKSPF Evaluation Services

Telford & Wrekin Council is looking for an experienced evaluator to undertake a programme evaluation. This will comprise an interim evaluation (to be completed by 3rd May 2024) with a final updated version completed by 30th April 2025. The evaluation process should consider and meet UKSPF requirements. The UKSPF guidance will outline national governments approach to evaluation which encourages Local Authorities to undertake their own; it encourages a place-based approach. Therefore, this RTQ seeks bidders to outline the approach they would take in providing evaluation services for our UKSPF programme, meeting requirements, and considering the allocated budget.
