## Description

The Council is seeking to enter a contract with a suitably qualified contractor for the provision of access and landscape improvements to The Glebe, Braintree\. The work includes access improvements in the woodland, landscape and recreation improvements around the Hall\. Further information on the works can be found within the tender pack\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
