Tatsfield - Boiler Replacement Works - H&W Capital Works 2020

Southwark Council would like to invite you to tender for the Boiler Replacement works to the Tatsfeld House Boiler Room. The heating to the building (all dwellings) is served by 2No open flued floor standing Potterton 5/180 Diplomat gas fired boilers, each boilers is rated at 53kW output max, the boilers are now 30 year old approximately and have become obsolete. The hot water to the building is served by individual HWS cylinders installed in a storage cupboard located in the passage area of each dwelling, the HWS cylinders are heated by the heating boilers.
