ICT - Adobe Licensing

3 year Adobe ETLA Licensing Agreement for all Adobe software used within the Isle of Wight Council.

Carried out by CCS Aggregation via RM6068 Lot 3 (CCS Adobe ETLA Group) - NFC151.

Duration of the contract 3 years. There is the facility under the Further Competition process that CCS Aggregation team carried out, for a further 12 month extension on top however this is conditional and is only available for VIP customers and as such is not available to us. On this basis we will not utilise the extension provision. Also to note that the order form states the duration as 3 years plus one month. The one month element is to allow for the 'true-up' process and any invoice queries. All ETLA contracts will expire on 30 March 2026.
