EOI - Children's Residential Provision - Strategic Operating Partner (CSC252)

Torbay are applying for a capital investment bid opportunity to develop a new registered residential provision in Torbay, to provide placements for four young people with complex mental health needs and/or challenging behaviour. Torbay's ambition would be to jointly commission a delivery model with the ICB, creating a partnership Torbay children's home to be managed and staffed externally via a competitive tender and seeking a strategic operating partner/provider. The purpose of the expression of interest is to identify: • there is interest in the market for delivery of this type of model; • there are sufficient providers with the capacity and capability to participate in any future tender process; • to obtain information to inform Torbay's capital funding application and any future procurement activity
