Phase 1 Review and update the cost plan for the RIBA Stage 2 design. Provide costings support for the design team during the RIBA Stage 3 element of the project. Phase 2 Provide costings support for the design team during the RIBA Stage 4 element of the project. Provide cost consultant support for WNC during the construction phase of the project - including appraising monthly payment applications from the contractor, advising WNC on costings review for changes to the contract and final account settlement
