## Description

This Call Off Contract, under CCS Framework RM1557\.13 \(G-Cloud 13\), is for the provision of support services for cloud hosted micro-service solutions, used by the HMRC Borders & Trade teams\. Some of the services in-scope are categorised as Critical National Infrastructure \(CNI\) services, and therefore 24/7 support is required in relation to these\. The Supplier will work with developers to support project teams transitioning new services to live\. Activities include \(but not limited to\): testing, monitoring, deployment & release\. The Contract Value is calculated as: Total \(potential\) max\. value - £21M \(which comprises of:\) - Initial 12 month term max\. value - £14M - Potential 6 month extension max\. value - £7M
