## Description

Leicester City Council \(LCC\) wishes to appoint Project Manager, Cost Consultant/QS and Employer's Agent \(Contract Administrator\) from RIBA Stage 3 to 7 to deliver the scheme below: Reinstatement of the fire-damaged section of the building and facility, to provide a fully functional workshop for the repair and maintenance of a variety of vehicles, plant, machinery and the introduction of MOT and Taxi testing centre, fleet vehicles including HGVs and privately owned vehicles\.
