PAN3397 - 86 Leycroft Road Refurbishment Work

Leicester City Council (LCC) wishes to appoint Project Manager, Cost Consultant/QS and Employer's Agent (Contract Administrator) from RIBA Stage 3 to 7 to deliver the scheme below:

Reinstatement of the fire-damaged section of the building and facility, to provide a fully functional workshop for the repair and maintenance of a variety of vehicles, plant, machinery and the introduction of MOT and Taxi testing centre, fleet vehicles including HGVs and privately owned vehicles.

The contract has been awarded under LCC Project Construction Professional Services Framework PAN2200 Lot 2, Pulse are the only awarded supplier under this lot
