Further Competition under Insurance Placement DPS 978 for Derby Homes Ltd and their appointed Insurance Broker - Marsh

The Contracting Authority are approaching the end of their existing Long Term Agreements with insurers for Property Owners Combined (inc Terrorism) and Computers (inc Terrorism) and in line with Public Procurement legislation, they are tendering their insurance portfolio in time for renewal on 1st April 2022. This Insurance is being procured competitively and in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, via the YPO Insurance Placement DPS Ref. No: 000978
