Design and Fit Out for Lower Acre Customer Centre and Show Homes

Description

Lower Acre forms the first land parcel of the wider One Horton Heath development of 2500 homes in the borough of Eastleigh. Lower Acre will consist of 381 homes of differing tenure types and construction has recently commenced on this parcel of the development. This project is for the design and fit out of the Lower Acre Customer Centre and Show Homes as more particularly described in the ITT. The opportunity will be tendered in two stages: Stage 1: Expression of Interest (EOI) consisting of self-selection questionnaire and Quality Envelope (see part 5 of ITT for details). Tenders will be evaluated and a maximum of 4 contractors will be invited to Stage 2. Stage 2: Full Tender - Contractors will be asked to prepare design proposals for the show home and customer centre and present their proposals at interview to demonstrate how it meets the project brief. Full details will be provided to selected contractors in a Stage 2 ITT. This forms stage 1 of the tender
