## Description

The NHS \(Pharmaceutical Services and Local Pharmaceutical Services\) Regulations 2013 governs the Health and Wellbeing Board's \(HWB's\) responsibility for publishing and keeping an up-to-date statement of needs for pharmaceutical services of the population in its area i\.e the \(PNA\)\. This contract has a 3\+3 term with the extension option being at the discretion of the Council\.
